Uplands is a luxury holiday home accommodating up to 2 guests.  The house is situated in a quiet location, yet within walking distance of Great Malvern with its numerous facilities and the Malvern Hills.

The light and airy open plan ground floor comprises a living/dining area furnished to a very high standard, with a dining table and 2 chairs, sofa, TV with freeview, DVD player and a hi-fi.  The large window overlooks the attractive enclosed private garden.  There is a good sized well equipped kitchen with a microwave and integrated appliances including fridge, freezer, cooker, washer/drier and dishwasher.  A door leads directly to the south facing garden with its patio area, where guests can enjoy al fresco dining or simply relax with a newspaper and cup of coffee. 

Upstairs there is a galleried double bedroom.  The bathroom benefits from a modern suite with a bath and a shower. 

There is parking space in the private car park to the rear of the property and unlimited parking at the front of the property.

All power, heating, linen and house towels are provided.  A welcome tray containing many delicious items, including french bread and cakes, awaits guests on their arrival.

About the location
Great Malvern is 1 mile away and offers theatre and drama festival, shopping, golf and recreational facilities. Malvern Retail Park is around 1 mile away with a variety of stores including Marks and Spencers, Boots, Next and Morrisons.  The Malvern Spa is situated half a mile away and provides 1st class spa and wellness facilities.  The Morgan factory is situated 1/2 a mile away.  The Nags Head, (pub of the Year 2008) and The Bluebell are both within 1 mile of Uplands.
